Booking with confidence
Terms, payment & cancellation policy
These policies are a draft for review. Please confirm the final wording with your travel team before publishing. The exact deposit, payment dates and cancellation charges for your booking will always be set out in your personalised quotation and confirmation.
1. Our packages
Every Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 travel package offered by Sports Travel Experiences is built around official match tickets bundled with accommodation and related travel services. Packages are sold as complete itineraries; match tickets are not available separately. Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed at the time of quotation based on availability, travel dates and group size.
2. Quotations & prices
Quotations are valid for the period stated on your proposal (typically 7 days). Prices are per person sharing and are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise agreed. Single supplements, room upgrades, additional nights and flight options are available on request and will be itemised separately.
3. Deposit & final payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed on your quotation. Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of amounts paid.
4. Cancellation by you
Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Refunds, if any, depend on the timing of cancellation and the conditions applied by suppliers. In most cases the deposit is non-refundable and cancellation closer to travel will incur higher charges. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your booking confirmation.
5. Changes & name transfers
Name changes, guest substitutions and itinerary amendments may be possible but are subject to supplier fees and availability. We will pass on any charges imposed by hotels, airlines or tournament authorities. Changes requested within 30 days of travel are rarely permitted.
6. Changes by us or tournament authorities
Sports Travel Experiences is an Official Travel Agent and does not control the tournament schedule, venues or ticket allocations. Fixture dates, kick-off times and venues may change. If a match is relocated, rescheduled or cancelled, we will offer alternative arrangements where possible; refunds or credits will depend on the policy issued by World Rugby or the relevant supplier.
7. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be added to your package. Insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost baggage and travel delays. Proof of insurance may be required for certain add-ons or extensions.
8. Passports, visas & health
Travellers are responsible for ensuring passports are valid for at least six months beyond the return date and for obtaining any required visas, vaccinations or health clearances. We can provide guidance, but immigration and health requirements remain your responsibility.
9. Responsibility & liability
We accept responsibility for the services we directly control, subject to the terms of our booking conditions. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to tournament changes, severe weather, strikes, pandemic restrictions or supplier failure.
10. Complaints & governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to put it right. Complaints not resolved during travel must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your booking confirmation.
11. Privacy & marketing
By submitting an enquiry or booking, you agree that we may contact you about your Rugby World Cup 2027 journey and related offers. We do not sell personal data. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
