Travel that leaves the game better

Following your team across the world should not come at the cost of the places and people who make the trip worth taking. We build every Rugby World Cup 2027 journey around three commitments — look after people, run the operation responsibly, and account for the footprint we create.

Our framework

Three commitments

These are the standards we hold ourselves and our suppliers to on every itinerary, from a single pool-stage match to a full finals-week journey.

01

People first

Safe, fair and welcoming travel for everyone in the chain — our travellers, our staff and the crews who host us on the ground.

· Health and safety standards audited on every itinerary· Inclusive hiring and supplier partnerships· Zero tolerance for forced labour or exploitation

02

Responsible operations

We keep the running of each journey lean: less print, less waste, fewer single-use items and suppliers who can prove how they source.

· Digital tickets, wallets and itineraries by default· Reuse and recycling built into event logistics· Procurement scored on environmental and social criteria

03

Lower-impact journeys

Travel to a tournament in Australia has a footprint. We measure it honestly, cut what we can and offset the balance through verified projects.

· Flight and coach emissions measured per traveller· Rail and shared transfers preferred between host cities· Certified carbon offsetting on every package

Local spendHotels, guides and transport partners chosen from the host cities we visit.
Wildlife and countrySafari and heritage add-ons run with operators holding recognised conservation credentials.
Community givingA share of every booking supports grassroots rugby development in Southern Africa.
TransparencyProgress reviewed each season and shared with clients on request.

Keeping us honest

Ask us anything

We would rather share real numbers than glossy claims. If you want to know how a specific package is measured, which operators we use, or how offsetting is verified, ask and we will send the detail.

How we apply it

Each experience on our Rugby World Cup 2027 page is planned with these commitments in mind: host-city hotels within reach of the stadium, shared transfers on match days, digital documentation only, and measured emissions for the flights and coaches we book on your behalf. Where an add-on takes you further afield — a safari or a heritage tour — we work with operators who can show their conservation and community credentials.
